Scotland, on a grander scale.
From Dunrobin's turrets to John O'Groats and the landscapes of Wester Ross, this is a holiday where the travelling is part of the pleasure — with four nights of dinner, bed and breakfast along the way.
Take in the view. We'll take care of the journey.
Enjoy the changing scenery from your reserved coach seat, step off for memorable stops and settle into a hotel each evening. Two nights at each base give this touring break a comfortable rhythm, without a different hotel every night.
Choose your departure. Know your hotels.
Every option includes five days, four hotel nights and dinner, bed and breakfast. The hotel order and Dunrobin Castle visit depend on your departure date.

A Highland fairytale.
Dunrobin Castle brings a different kind of drama: elegant turrets, historic interiors and gardens overlooking the coast. Admission is included on every departure, either at the beginning or the end of your holiday.
The pull of the far north.
Visit Wick, John O'Groats and Thurso, taking time to enjoy the character of Scotland's northern coastal towns. At John O'Groats, the sea views and harbour make this famous stop feel like a destination in its own right.
Scenery worth slowing for.
A photo stop at Kylesku Bridge is one of the touring highlights. Your Wester Ross excursion also takes in Torridon, Shieldaig and Lochcarron — a day of mountains, waterside villages and changing Highland views.

Two bases. Four comfortable nights.

The Gairloch Hotel
Your west-coast base on every departure, with two nights to settle in between scenic touring days.
Station Hotel, Thurso
Two nights on the April, July, August and October departures. A Thurso base for your time in the far north.
Norseman Hotel, Wick
Your northern base for the 14 June departure, following your first two nights in Gairloch.
A little planning for the touring days.
Lunch on day three: food stops are limited during this full touring day. We strongly recommend arranging a packed lunch with your hotel, at an additional cost, to enjoy along the way.
Smoo Cave access: the steps down to the cave are steep. Please consider your mobility before attempting the descent and speak to us before booking if you need advice. Guided cave or boat tours are not included.
Bring comfortable footwear, layers and a waterproof jacket so you can enjoy your stops whatever the Highland weather brings.
