Loch Lomond Travel Limited respects your data-protection rights. You can ask us to delete personal information associated with our website, travel services or our private internal Meta application, LLT Ads Automation.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@lochlomondtravel.com.
- Use the subject line LLT Ads Automation Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, contact email and a clear description of the information you want deleted. If your request concerns a Meta business or advertising asset, include enough information to identify the relevant business, ad account, campaign or advert. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify your identity or your authority to act for the relevant business. Once verified, we will locate the relevant information and delete or anonymise it where required. We will also take reasonable steps to notify relevant service providers where appropriate.
We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes. If an exception applies, we will explain this in our response.
LLT Ads Automation
LLT Ads Automation is used only by authorised Loch Lomond Travel staff to create and review advertising through Meta’s Marketing API. It does not provide public Facebook Login and is not used to import passenger or booking records into Meta.
Advertising images, copy, targeting selections and campaign configuration submitted through the tool are sent to the authorised Loch Lomond Travel Meta business account. Deleting an item from our local workflow does not automatically remove an advertising asset already held by Meta; requests involving Meta-hosted assets will be handled through the appropriate Meta business controls where we have authority to do so.
