Your journey, properly planned
A good group journey starts with the right details. Put your route, passenger numbers and timings in one place.
- 01
Your group
Count everyone travelling, including organisers. Tell us about luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements so we can discuss the right arrangements.
- 02
Your route
Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.
- 03
Your timings
Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.
Planning this journey
Give each distillery's exact visitor meeting address, the travel date and the full passenger total. Add the reporting time for every booked tour or tasting, not just the advertised start of a general visitor session. Confirm your group's own admission and participation arrangements directly with the venue, and identify any visits that are still provisional.
For more than one distillery, list the visits in order with the time you expect to spend at each. Include lunch, a hotel stop or another attraction if it requires a coach movement. A touring route needs a complete itinerary and a tailored quote; entering one address into a simple transfer estimate does not describe a full day of visits.
Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.
Give each visit enough room in the day
Keep travel time separate from the time allocated to a tour, tasting, shop visit or meal. Tell us which bookings cannot move and where the group has flexibility while the route is being considered. Ask each venue for coach approach and collection instructions and share them with our team. Do not assume that a visitor car park or a rural map pin establishes suitable access for a full-size coach. Your passengers should receive a clear meeting point after every visit, with one organiser coordinating the group.
Keep transport and the tasting programme distinct
Coach hire does not include tours, tastings, meals or overnight accommodation. Your group should check the venue's requirements and decide who will participate in each activity. Tell us about bags, purchases and any other carrying needs before booking rather than assuming unlimited space. For a multi-day whisky tour, send the overnight bases and each day's movements through the tour planner. If a distillery changes its session or the group changes its programme, update our team before circulating revised travel instructions so the transport can be reviewed against the new itinerary.

Good to know.
A few answers before you set off.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
