Your journey, properly planned
A good group journey starts with the right details. Put your route, passenger numbers and timings in one place.
- 01
Your group
Count everyone travelling, including organisers. Tell us about luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements so we can discuss the right arrangements.
- 02
Your route
Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.
- 03
Your timings
Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.
Planning this journey
Provide the outward date, first collection address, passenger total and overnight destination. Add the return date, the place everyone will board and the time they will be ready with their bags. Friday to Sunday, Saturday to Monday and a single overnight stay each need their own accurate dates rather than simply being described as a weekend.
Say whether you need transport during the stay. List any restaurant transfers, excursions or journeys between venues separately. Use a tailored enquiry or the multi-day planner for a programme involving daily movements; it is not an instantly confirmed hire price. Our team needs the complete schedule to consider the route and driver arrangements.
Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.
Pack the luggage requirement into the brief
A group staying away usually carries more than a group making a day visit. Describe the number of cases, shared bags and any equipment, especially for a club weekend or a celebration with decorations. Discuss the actual load with our team rather than assuming every seat can travel with any amount of baggage. If passengers are collected from different places, note who brings bulky items so loading can be considered alongside the route. Tell us if hotel luggage storage or a separate bag drop affects where the coach needs to stop before the main arrival.
Plan the final morning as carefully as the first departure
Hotel checkout is not necessarily the right time for the journey home. Decide whether the group will have breakfast, finish an activity or collect luggage before boarding, then give a realistic collection time. Confirm the return address even if you expect to leave from the same hotel: a weekend programme may finish somewhere else. Keep hotel reservations, event entry and other arrangements separate from coach hire. If the weekend develops into a longer tour or the party needs different homeward drop-offs, send the revised itinerary before relying on the original transport plan.

Good to know.
A few answers before you set off.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
