Give the event name, date, venue and passenger total. Coach hire is transport for your group; arrange admission separately unless your booking explicitly says otherwise.

Provide the collection addresses in order, your preferred arrival time and any coach access or parking instructions supplied by the venue.

Plan the return collection point and an organiser contact. Tell us about any event-specific road restrictions or staggered finishing times you already know about.
Planning this journey
Give the theatre address, show date and whether the group is attending a matinee or evening performance. Add your full passenger total, proposed pickup route and required arrival time. Allow for the group’s own ticket collection, foyer arrangements and walk from the drop-off.
If a pre-theatre meal is part of the outing, give the restaurant address and reservation time as well. The coach plan should include that movement rather than treat it as an unplanned stop.

Use the right entrance and coach instructions
Ask the theatre or event organiser for coach drop-off and collection guidance. A city-centre address does not mean a coach can stop directly outside the doors. Share any particular travel requirements in advance so the arrangements for your group can be discussed before booking.
Bring the whole evening into the return plan
Tell passengers the agreed return meeting point and boarding time. Include the performance duration and any planned meal or post-show activity when discussing collection. Show tickets, meals and venue access are separate from private coach hire, and changes to the performance should be passed on to our team.

A few answers before you set off.
Does private coach hire include event admission?
Private coach hire is transport for your group. Arrange event admission separately unless your booking explicitly includes it. Give us the event details and any venue instructions when planning the journey.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
