Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.
Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.
Provide the shopping centre, outlet, retail area or town you intend to visit, using the actual destination address. Give the date, passenger number and how long the group wants to spend there. If you have arranged a meal, appointment or timed activity, include that commitment so the arrival and return requirements fit the whole day.
Ask the destination for coach drop-off and collection instructions and pass them to our team. An ordinary car park address is not confirmation that a full-size coach can use it. For more than one shopping stop, supply each address, the intended order and the time planned at each. Extra destinations need to be part of the agreed itinerary rather than added informally during the outing.

Tell us about the likely amount of shopping and any unusually large purchases before confirming travel. Available carrying space must be discussed; a passenger seat booking is not a promise of unlimited baggage capacity. Give the group a return meeting point and allow for its own walk back and boarding arrangements. One organiser should keep the passenger list and communicate any agreed changes. If several pickup points are used, passengers should know their own joining point and where the standard return route will drop them off.
Decide whether everyone shares one outward and return journey or whether different groups need separate movements. A single coach hire enquiry should not assume passengers can come and go throughout the day. Send a tailored brief for repeated transfers, different return addresses or a weekend with accommodation.
