Planning this journey
Confirm the exact playing venue, not only the opposing school’s main postal address. Give the full passenger count, including substitutes, teachers, coaches and any other accompanying adults. Describe team bags and shared equipment, with quantities or dimensions for bulky items so carrying requirements can be discussed.
Set the arrival requirement around the team’s preparation and reporting time. Add the expected finish, time for changing and the proposed return boarding point. The school handles supervision, registers and its own participant arrangements. Include any planned refreshments, presentations or another match that affects when the group will be ready to leave.

Separate the fixture list from the actual journey brief
A list of opponents and kick-off times does not tell the whole travel story. Some fixtures use a separate sports ground, a different school gate or a venue shared by several teams. Check coach access with the host and give an on-site contact where available. If several school teams travel together, explain their reporting times and finishing arrangements rather than assuming they all follow one schedule. Tell us whether spectators or helpers need seats and whether they return with the pupils. Coach hire does not include match entry, supervision or use of sporting facilities.
Plan for tournaments and term-long travel separately
A tournament may involve several grounds, possible later rounds or a finish that is not fixed in advance. Share the programme and explain which times are known and which depend on results. Use a tailored enquiry for movements between venues or different collections. For a series of term-time fixtures, provide each date, destination and expected group size; one reviewed journey does not confirm future availability or a repeating price. If the host changes the venue or fixture time, update the transport plan before distributing final instructions to pupils, staff and the people meeting them back at school.

How many people can travel on a coach?

Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?

What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
