Planning this journey
Give the match date, venue address and passenger total, including coaches, accompanying staff and anyone else needing a seat. For a playing squad, include the time required for changing, preparation and the team’s own pre-match arrangements. Describe kit bags and shared equipment so the actual luggage requirement can be discussed before booking.
For supporters, identify any fixed meeting arrangements and the time the group needs to reach the ground. Match tickets, admission and hospitality are separate from coach hire. Provide the expected return boarding time and explain whether the group plans to remain for presentations, food or other post-match arrangements.

Use the right entrance for the right group
Check whether players and supporters use the same coach drop-off and collection area. A club address may cover several pitches or entrances, so share the host’s current coach instructions and a useful organiser contact. If the team and supporters travel together, make their different commitments visible in the timetable. Count the people using each leg rather than treating the match attendance list as a passenger list. Your club manages its own team supervision and participant arrangements. Tell our team about any particular travel requirements or bulky items instead of assuming a particular vehicle facility or equipment capacity.
Give the return a realistic match-day brief
Allow the team to complete changing and the group’s own post-match commitments before the proposed departure. If the finish could change because of the competition format, explain that when enquiring rather than presenting an uncertain time as fixed. Choose a clear collection point and appoint an organiser to gather everyone there. For a weekend away, give both travel dates, overnight accommodation and any movements needed during the stay. Does private coach hire include event admission?
Private coach hire is transport for your group. Arrange event admission separately unless your booking explicitly includes it. Give us the event details and any venue instructions when planning the journey.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
