Planning this journey
Private coach hire is for a journey organised around your group, rather than individual seats on a scheduled trip. It suits friends, clubs, colleagues and organisers who want to agree the route and travel together. Start with the total number travelling, including the organiser; each coach has up to 53 passenger seats, and the estimator includes additional coaches for larger groups.
Choose a one-way journey or a return, then add the exact collection addresses in the order you want to visit them. Enter your destination and decide whether to plan around leaving the first pickup at a particular time or arriving by a deadline. This is especially useful when your group has a fixed start time at its destination.
For a return, include the return date and departure time. You can compare the coach waiting with your group against returning later. If your journey needs several destinations, different return drop-offs or another arrangement the calculator does not cover, send a tailored enquiry with the full plan.

Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
