Planning this journey
State whether you are attending for a day or staying for several nights. Provide the passenger total, festival location, arrival requirement and return date. Describe bags, camping equipment or other items, and discuss the space needed with our team rather than assuming every item will fit.
Festival access can depend on the day and ticket type. Share the organiser’s coach directions and collection instructions; a general site postcode may not lead to the correct vehicle entrance.

Keep the festival and transport arrangements separate
Your group is responsible for festival tickets, camping and admission requirements. Tell us when the site permits your passengers to arrive and whether there is a check-in or booking window that affects the coach. If your group uses more than one collection point, agree the order and numbers before sending joining instructions.
Plan a clear departure after the festival
Choose the time everyone will be packed and ready to board, and confirm where coaches can collect. If a staged release, traffic plan or different return group affects the journey, include it in the brief. Multi-day travel and non-standard return routes should be discussed as a complete itinerary.

A few answers before you set off.
Does private coach hire include event admission?
Private coach hire is transport for your group. Arrange event admission separately unless your booking explicitly includes it. Give us the event details and any venue instructions when planning the journey.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
