Your journey, properly planned

A good group journey starts with the right details. Put your route, passenger numbers and timings in one place.

  1. Your group

Count everyone travelling, including organisers. Tell us about luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements so we can discuss the right arrangements.

  2. Your route

Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.

  3. Your timings

Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.

Planning this journey

Start with the passenger total, date and exact collection addresses. List each place you want to visit around Loch Lomond in the intended order, using a specific destination rather than the loch's name alone. Add the time planned at each stop and identify any booked activity, meal or visit with a fixed reporting requirement.

If your group has arranged a boat trip, give the actual departure point, reporting time and expected time back ashore. Keep those bookings separate from the transport enquiry. Share coach access instructions for every stop; a small car park or attractive waterside location does not by itself establish somewhere suitable for a full-size coach to enter, wait or collect passengers.

Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.

Build the outing around the visits that matter

Decide whether the priority is one main activity, a meal with time to explore or a route with several stops. Give the group enough time for its own walks, entrance arrangements and return to the coach. Mark optional stops clearly so they can be discussed while the route is planned. A multi-stop day is a tailored touring enquiry, not simply a return transfer to a broad destination. Tell us if the final collection is somewhere different from the first drop-off so both locations are included.

Make the group arrangements clear before travel

Nominate an organiser and share the agreed meeting point and boarding time after each visit. Describe picnic supplies, luggage, activity equipment or any particular travel requirements that need discussion before booking. Attraction admission, boat travel, meals and guiding are not included in the coach enquiry. If the outing becomes an overnight break, provide the accommodation base and every additional movement. Any change to a booked activity or visit order should be passed to our team before assuming the coach schedule can remain unchanged.

Good to know.

A few answers before you set off.

How many people can travel on a coach?

Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.

How do I get a coach hire estimate?

Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.

Can we have more than one pickup?

Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.

Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.

Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?

Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.

What if my journey needs a different arrangement?

Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
