Planning this journey
Count the whole travelling party, including staff, organisers and accompanying guests. Separate the number of people from the amount of luggage or equipment they bring: both affect the transport discussion. If your party exceeds 53 passengers, give us the full total so our team can discuss the vehicle requirement and availability rather than treating one coach as sufficient.
For a group joining in several places, record the numbers at each pickup and the total after the last stop. Identify any passengers who need only the outward or return journey. A short table of dates, addresses, times and headcounts is often clearer than a long message containing several different versions of the plan.

Make boarding part of the timetable
A large party needs time to assemble, check its passenger list and load belongings. Give the time the group will be ready to board as well as its required arrival at the destination. Where the journey involves more than one vehicle, explain whether the party must arrive together and identify a contact for each travelling group. Do not assume that splitting passengers into vehicles automatically produces the same access, luggage or scheduling requirements; set those out in the enquiry.
Keep one version of the journey
Nominate one lead organiser to confirm the final numbers and share changes with our team. If different subgroups leave at different times, require separate destinations or return on another date, describe each movement separately. Confirm the venue’s capacity and arrival arrangements independently of the transport booking. How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
