    Three remarkable cities.
    One extraordinary journey.

Grand riverside skylines. Craftsmanship you can watch take shape. History that stays with you. Discover a richly rewarding side of Europe, with Dresden, Kraków and Prague at the heart of your holiday.

Dresden's historic skyline reflected in the River Elbe
    DresdenBaroque grandeur beside the Elbe
St Mary's Basilica rising over Kraków's Main Market Square
    KrakówOld-world beauty and powerful history
Charles Bridge and the Old Town Bridge Tower in Prague
PragueBridges, spires and an elegant finale

    Not simply a tour.
    A journey with depth.

This is a holiday of contrasts: the delicate detail of Meissen porcelain, the scale of an underground chapel, a quiet moment of remembrance and the glow of Prague from the river.

Guided visits bring the places and their stories into focus. Included experiences take you beyond the familiar city views, while multi-night stays let you settle into each destination rather than constantly packing and moving on.

    Germany · Dresden

    A city that knows
    how to make
    an impression.

Dresden's domes, towers and richly ornamented façades create one of Europe's most memorable riverside skylines. Its historic centre tells a remarkable story of destruction, restoration and a city reclaiming its beauty.

Your included guided walking tour introduces the city and its history. The great dome of the Frauenkirche, the grand architecture around the old town and the sweeping presence of the Elbe give Dresden a character all its own.

It is a fitting opening to a journey full of craftsmanship, culture and extraordinary places.

A richly detailed city, from grand façades to quiet corners.
A Dresden street framing the dome of the Frauenkirche
Dresden's historic buildings illuminated beside an open square
    Included · Meissen Porcelain Factory

    Beauty, made
    by hand.

A finished piece of porcelain can look almost effortless. At Meissen, the demonstration reveals the extraordinary care behind it: the shaping, the fine detail and the steady hands that turn a material into something precious.

Factory entrance and a demonstration are included. It is a chance to appreciate a celebrated tradition from close quarters, where patience and artistry matter just as much as the finished object.

Watch the official Meissen film for a glimpse of the craftsmanship.

Included · Pillnitz & the Elbe

    A palace garden.
    A river journey.
    A different pace.

Pillnitz was a summer retreat for Saxony's rulers, and its setting still feels wonderfully removed from the bustle of the city. Baroque architecture meets East Asian-inspired design, with gardens and riverside views completing the picture.

Entrance to Pillnitz Castle and Gardens is included, followed by a one-way River Elbe cruise back to Dresden. Together, they make a beautifully balanced experience: time ashore, followed by the pleasure of watching the landscape pass from the water.

A panoramic view of Pillnitz Palace and its formal gardens
A grand summer retreat, framed by its formal gardens.
The distinctive riverside palace architecture at Pillnitz
A garden pavilion reflected in a green pond at Pillnitz
Dresden's historic waterfront reflected in the River Elbe

    Dresden, from the water.

After exploring the palace and gardens, settle into a slower rhythm on the Elbe. A river approach offers a fresh perspective on the city and the landscape that has shaped it.

    Poland · Kraków

    Beautiful streets.
    Stories worth
    stopping for.

Kraków draws you in with its great market square, elegant historic buildings and streets that invite another turn. The Cloth Hall and the unmistakable towers of St Mary's Basilica give the old town its distinctive silhouette.

An included guided sightseeing tour helps you make sense of the city's layers of history. With four nights at Hotel Wyspiański, Kraków becomes a proper chapter of the holiday, not simply a stop between journeys.

There is beauty here, but also important history to understand. Your included visits explore both.

Kraków's Wawel buildings and green courtyards
Kraków's Cloth Hall illuminated in the evening
A characterful Kraków street leading towards a historic tower
Included · Oskar Schindler's Factory Museum

    A city's history,
    through human stories.

The museum in the former factory's administrative building tells the story of Kraków under Nazi occupation, 1939–1945. Its focus reaches beyond Schindler himself, exploring the lives of the city's inhabitants during the war.

Objects, photographs and carefully constructed exhibition spaces give that history a human scale. Your included museum entrance adds essential context to this part of the journey.

    Auschwitz-Birkenau.
    Time to remember.

A visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau is a profoundly different part of this holiday. The former German Nazi concentration and extermination camp is a place of remembrance, education and reflection on the Holocaust and the lives destroyed here.

At least 1.1 million people were killed at Auschwitz, the vast majority of them Jews. Your guided visit provides historical context and time to consider the people behind those numbers.

The preserved buildings, grounds and memorials bear witness to that history. This is an opportunity to listen, learn and remember with respect.

The preserved grounds and barrack buildings at Auschwitz-Birkenau
Flowers laid beside the railway tracks at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial
Included · Guided salt mine tour

    A whole world
    beneath the surface.

Wieliczka is far more than a network of tunnels. Generations of miners have created an extraordinary underground landscape of chambers, sculptures and chapels, with the remarkable St Kinga's Chapel at its heart.

Salt becomes architecture, decoration and intricate detail. Your included guided tour brings the work and the story behind this underground world to life.

The mine visit involves substantial walking and many steps. Comfortable footwear is recommended.

    Czech Republic · Prague

    A wonderful city
    for the final chapter.

Prague has a skyline that seems made for lingering over: Gothic towers, red rooftops and bridges crossing the Vltava. Around the Old Town Square, grand buildings and intricate details make even a simple stroll feel full of discovery.

Your included guided walking tour introduces the city's streets and stories. Then there is the pleasure of staying in the heart of it all, with three nights at the five-star Art Nouveau Palace Hotel.

After the grandeur of Dresden and the depth of Kraków, Prague brings a beautifully atmospheric finale.

Prague's Old Town Square and towers seen across the rooftops
Historic towers and green riverbanks beside a bridge in Prague
Bridges crossing the Vltava through Prague
Included · Vltava River dinner cruise

    An evening
    to savour.

Step aboard for a different view of Prague, where the river gives its grand buildings and bridges a new sense of scale.

A welcome drink and three-course dinner are included on your evening cruise. Enjoy the company, the meal and the setting as this remarkable journey draws towards its close.
