Follow paths beneath mature trees, pause beside the water and discover beautifully composed beds of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths. From sweeping ribbons of blooms to tiny details worth a closer look, every turn brings another photograph.
Enjoy the gardens at your own pace, with time to wander, find a favourite view and simply take it all in. The displays change as spring unfolds, making each visit its own colourful moment.

Watch the coastline slip away, settle into your cabin and enjoy an evening aboard DFDS. There is something lovely about travelling while you unwind, waking across the water with a day of discovery ahead.
Dinner is included on both nights aboard. Enjoy your evening meal, then make the most of the ship's bars, lounges and usual onboard entertainment. Breakfast, drinks and snacks are available to buy onboard.

Travel by coach to North Shields for your DFDS sailing from Newcastle. Settle into your cabin, enjoy your included dinner and spend the evening aboard as you sail towards the Netherlands.
Follow the flowers.
Arrive in IJmuiden and continue by coach to Keukenhof Gardens, with admission included. After your visit, return to the ship for dinner and your second overnight sailing.
Homeward bound.
Arrive back in Newcastle and rejoin your coach for the journey home, bringing a camera full of colour and a little spring inspiration with you.
