Plan the transfer around your journey
Give the group a clear collection and arrival plan, including the details that matter at the terminal or station.
- 01
Terminal and travel details
Give the exact airport, station or terminal, the travel date and any flight, train or sailing details relevant to the transfer.
- 02
Luggage and passenger numbers
Tell us the full passenger count and the type and amount of luggage. Ask our team to confirm the vehicle arrangements for your group.
- 03
Collection and return arrangements
Share the arrival deadline and proposed collection point. For a return transfer, include the arrival details and ask how the meeting arrangements will work.
Planning this journey
Provide the port, exact terminal and cruise details relevant to the journey. For an outward transfer, give the boarding window and the time your group needs to arrive. For collection after a cruise, give the expected time passengers will be ashore and ready with their luggage, not simply the ship’s scheduled arrival.
Describe the number and type of bags travelling with the group. Discuss luggage space and coach access with our team before confirming the transfer.
Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.
Use terminal-specific joining instructions
Check the cruise operator or port instructions for coaches, luggage and passenger meeting points. A port may have several terminals or controlled access areas. Share the current guidance and nominate one group contact to coordinate passengers rather than relying on individuals arriving at different places.
Tell us the complete transfer requirement
State whether you need only an outward journey, a collection after the cruise or both on different dates. If there are hotel or railway-station stops, give their addresses and timings. Cruise fares, port admission requirements and other travel bookings remain separate from the private coach hire enquiry.
Make your journey a plan.
Choose your pickups, destination and timings. Get an estimate, save your journey and send an enquiry to our coach hire team.

Good to know.
A few answers before you set off.
What should I include for a terminal or station transfer?
Give the exact terminal or station, the travel date, your flight, train or sailing details, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. Include your arrival deadline and the details of any return transfer.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
