Planning this journey
Provide the golf venue's exact address, event date and the time guests need to report. Include breakfast, registration, changing and any briefing before play when setting your arrival requirement. Give the full passenger count, including organisers and non-playing guests, and explain whether everyone travels from one office or several collection points.
List the number of golf bags, trolleys and other bulky items expected to travel. Discuss their size and the total load with our team before confirming the booking; a seat count does not establish the space available for sports equipment. If some equipment is being delivered separately, make that distinction clear. Tell us about any hotel collections or onward destinations as part of the initial brief.

Plan the return after the final event commitment
Set your proposed collection around the full programme, including a meal, speeches or prize-giving where these are planned. Guests with different tee times may finish at different points, so decide whether they share one return or require separate transfers. If the end of the day is still provisional, discuss it rather than assuming the coach can wait indefinitely. Ask the venue for suitable coach access and collection instructions, and identify a lead organiser who will bring passengers together at the agreed boarding point.
Keep guest communication and transport in step
Send guests the meeting address, boarding time and return arrangement alongside the event invitation. State clearly whether the journey returns to the original collection points or continues to a dinner, hotel or another destination. Coach hire is separate from green fees, equipment hire and the venue's hospitality package. For repeated transfers or a programme over several days, send each movement with its date, time and passenger number as a tailored enquiry. If the event schedule changes, update our team before circulating a revised travel plan to attendees.

How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
