Count everyone needing transport, including facilitators or guests if they travel with the group. Give the collection addresses, training venue and the time participants must be ready for registration or the first session. Include presentation materials, samples or practical-course equipment that needs to travel, with details of bulky items for discussion.
Add the expected programme finish and the time the group will be ready to board. Explain whether there is one group for the whole day or several cohorts attending different sessions. Repeated movements between offices and a training centre need a tailored timetable rather than being treated as one straightforward return journey.

Make the arrival useful to the learning programme
If the facilitator needs time to set up, decide whether they travel with the participants or need a separate arrangement. Tell us about registration, site induction or equipment collection that has to happen before the course begins. Use the actual building and entrance, especially at a business park or training campus with several addresses. Check coach access with the host and identify who will meet the group. Course places, room bookings and training materials remain the company’s arrangements; the coach enquiry should show the transport required without implying those services are included.
Plan for mixed offices and finishing times
A convenient route needs more than a list of office names. Record the numbers at each pickup and the order you would like the coach to follow. Up to four pickups can be entered for a simple estimator journey; more complex collections or different return destinations need a tailored enquiry. If some staff finish earlier, stay for another session or return independently, keep that distinction in your transport list. How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
