Give the event name, date, venue and passenger total. Coach hire is transport for your group; arrange admission separately unless your booking explicitly says otherwise.

Planning this journey
Record every passenger, including reserves, coaches and any adults travelling with the team. Describe kit bags and shared equipment, with quantities and sizes where items are bulky. Discuss the actual luggage requirement with our team; passenger capacity alone does not establish whether everything the group wants to bring can be carried.
Give the exact venue or ground, registration time and the time the team needs for changing or warming up. Include the expected finish and the return meeting point. A tournament with several venues, different age groups or an uncertain series of matches needs its complete programme sent as a tailored enquiry.

Make the team list a travel list as well
The playing squad is not always the full travelling party. Count coaching staff, helpers and spectators who need seats, and make clear whether anyone joins only for the return. Your club manages its own supervision, permissions and participant arrangements. Assign a lead organiser to bring the group together at collection and distribute the return instructions. If several teams share the journey, explain their separate reporting times before combining the transport brief. This gives the enquiry a realistic headcount and makes it easier to see whether the different schedules can work as one journey.
Build the return around the real finish
Allow the team to complete its own changing, equipment collection and post-event arrangements before the proposed boarding time. A presentation or a possible later round can change the end of the day, so explain that uncertainty when enquiring. Check the venue’s coach collection instructions, particularly if spectators use a different entrance from players. Coach hire is separate from entry fees, competition places and accommodation. If the programme becomes an overnight competition or includes movements between grounds, send an updated itinerary so our team can discuss the full transport requirement before booking.

Does private coach hire include event admission?
Private coach hire is transport for your group. Arrange event admission separately unless your booking explicitly includes it. Give us the event details and any venue instructions when planning the journey.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
