Planning this journey

Separate transfers from daily excursions
List any off-site visits, evening movements or journeys between activity bases day by day. If the programme is still being planned, identify which movements are essential and which are provisional. Our team can then discuss the route and driver arrangements for the actual requirement rather than an assumed continuous stay.
Make departure day manageable
Check the time rooms must be vacated and when the group will have finished its final activity. Allow for the school’s own registers and luggage checks before the return boarding time. Keep an organiser contact available and update the plan if passenger numbers or the amount of equipment changes.

List the start and finish of each travelling day, accommodation bases, fixed visit times and the movements you need between them. Explain whether you need only outward and homeward transfers or coach travel throughout the stay. Driver arrangements, accommodation requirements and vehicle availability need agreement with our team.
What should a school trip organiser prepare?

How many people can travel on a coach?

How do I request a quote for a multi-day itinerary?

Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?

What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
