Turn a community outing into a journey everyone can understand. Whether members are visiting a place of interest, attending a gathering or enjoying a social day, a clear coach plan helps the organiser bring people together. Start with where members can realistically meet, the time they need at the destination and the practical needs of the people travelling.
A good group journey starts with the right details. Put your route, passenger numbers and timings in one place.
Count everyone travelling, including organisers. Tell us about luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements so we can discuss the right arrangements.
Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.
Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.
Choose the main destination and count members, organisers and guests in the passenger total. Give the exact collection point and the time the group needs to arrive. If members join from more than one area, list the pickup addresses and numbers in order rather than describing a general collection area.
Ask members about particular travel requirements before requesting the quote, and discuss those requirements directly with our team. Do not assume a particular boarding arrangement or vehicle feature. A useful enquiry includes the proposed return time, any meal reservation and additional stops that are part of the outing, alongside an organiser contact.
Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.
A familiar building can be a helpful reference, but the coach needs an exact stopping place that can be assessed for access. Check any instructions from the hall, community centre or venue rather than assuming its car park can accommodate a full-size vehicle. Give members the same written meeting details, the boarding time and a contact for questions. For a straightforward journey, up to four pickups can be entered in the estimator. If collecting everyone requires a more involved route, send a tailored enquiry with all the addresses and the number joining at each.
Agree the main activity before adding optional visits. Members may want time for refreshments, browsing or their own arrangements, so set a return meeting time that reflects the day you have planned. Tell our team if a booked lunch or admission window fixes the schedule. Admission, refreshments and other activities remain separate from transport unless specifically agreed. If your group organises regular outings, enquire with the actual date and route for each one: a previous journey does not confirm a later price or availability. Keep your own passenger list current as members join or withdraw.

A few answers before you set off.
For Community Groups, start with one organiser contact, a full passenger count, collection addresses and the travel date. Include luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements, plus the arrival and return timings. Our team can then discuss the arrangements for your journey.
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
