Your journey, properly planned
A good group journey starts with the right details. Put your route, passenger numbers and timings in one place.
- 01
Your group
Count everyone travelling, including organisers. Tell us about luggage, equipment and any particular travel requirements so we can discuss the right arrangements.
- 02
Your route
Add the exact pickup addresses in the order you would like to visit them, followed by your destination. Share any access instructions you already have.
- 03
Your timings
Choose a departure time or an arrival deadline. For a return journey, give the collection time and tell us whether you want the coach to wait or return later.
Planning this journey
Start with the full travelling party: players, supporters, officials and any guests who need seats. Give the club collection address, destination club or venue, fixture date and the time players must report. Include changing, team registration and practice requirements when deciding your arrival deadline, rather than using only the first scheduled match time.
Describe bowls bags and any other equipment travelling with the group. Passenger capacity and equipment capacity are different questions, so discuss the overall load with our team. If members are joining at several points, list those addresses in order and show the number boarding at each. A named organiser can bring the club's final numbers and travel instructions together.
Use the estimator for a straightforward journey, or send the complete itinerary as a tailored enquiry. Our team confirms the route, coach access, timings and vehicle availability before booking.
Build the return around the whole club visit
An away day may include several rounds, a presentation, a meal or time with the host club after play. Tell us which activities are part of your plan and when the complete group will be ready to board. Keep a possible competition finish separate from a confirmed collection time, and discuss any uncertainty before booking. Ask the host club for its coach approach and meeting instructions; do not assume a car park entrance is suitable for a full-size coach. Share that information with our team and give members a clear return meeting point.
One fixture or a programme of club outings
For a straightforward fixture, give the outward and return details together. If you are arranging a bowling weekend, several visiting clubs or more than one match venue, send a day-by-day transport brief instead. Include overnight bases, luggage and the movements needed between fixtures. Match entry, accommodation, meals and the club's own supervision arrangements remain separate from the coach enquiry. Before circulating the final plan, check who is travelling on each leg and whether anyone is returning independently. That keeps the passenger list and the agreed transport aligned.

Good to know.
A few answers before you set off.
How many people can travel on a coach?
Each coach has up to 53 passenger seats. For larger groups, the estimate builder calculates the additional coaches needed. Tell us about luggage and any particular travel requirements so our team can confirm the arrangements.
How do I get a coach hire estimate?
Use the estimate calculator on this page. Enter your passenger numbers, travel date, pickup points, destination and timings, then choose your journey arrangement. You can save your journey and send an enquiry to our team.
Can we have more than one pickup?
Yes. Add the pickup points in the estimate builder in the order you would like to visit them. The proposed schedule allows boarding time at each pickup. Our team checks the practical arrangements before confirming the journey.
Is the coach booked when I send an enquiry?
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a coach. We email a copy to you and our team, who check coach access, timings and availability before confirming your quote.
Can I save the journey and share it with passengers?
Save your private journey link to return to your plan and follow your enquiry. The calculator also provides a passenger itinerary without prices or contact details. Keep your private journey link for the organiser.
What if my journey needs a different arrangement?
Use the tailored enquiry form in the calculator for a different return route, multiple destinations or a journey it does not cover. Include your full route, dates, passenger numbers and preferred timings so our team can help.
